Michael Pietrafeso, chef and local entrepreneur. Mike graduated from The French Culinary Institute in 2006, and has gained extensive restaurant and catering experience throughout Fairfield County, CT.
Ada’s Kitchen and Coffee was Mike’s first venture in 2016, expanding to Roost in 2018. We brought alive the amazing Roost brand to back up it’s delicious scratch-made food and really giving Roost a personality that people would come to recognize in the areas served.
